These Community & Player Conduct Guidelines explain the standards we expect from everyone using the Service.
By participating in the Game, you agree to contribute to a safe, respectful and enjoyable environment for all players.
These Guidelines supplement our:

2. Our Community Values
We encourage every player to:
- Be respectful.
- Be honest.
- Play fairly.
- Encourage learning.
- Help others.
- Celebrate achievements.
- Report problems responsibly.
- Treat everyone with kindness.
Winning should never come at the expense of respect.
3. Respect Other Players
Players should treat others with courtesy.
Examples of respectful behaviour include:
- encouraging teammates;
- congratulating opponents;
- helping new players;
- communicating politely;
- respecting differences.
Everyone deserves to enjoy the Game regardless of:
- age;
- nationality;
- language;
- gender;
- race;
- religion;
- disability;
- skill level.
4. Bullying and Harassment
The following behaviour is not permitted:
- bullying;
- intimidation;
- harassment;
- threats;
- stalking;
- repeated unwanted contact;
- encouraging others to target a player.
This applies to all current and future communication features.
5. Hate Speech
Math Hero Chronicles has zero tolerance for content that promotes hatred or discrimination.
Players must not create or distribute content that targets individuals or groups based on protected characteristics.
This includes:
- racist content;
- discriminatory language;
- extremist symbols;
- hateful nicknames;
- offensive guild names.
6. Inappropriate Content
Players must not create content that includes:
- profanity;
- sexual content;
- violent threats;
- graphic imagery;
- illegal activity;
- offensive usernames;
- misleading impersonation;
- obscene language.
These rules apply to:
- nicknames;
- guild names;
- guild descriptions;
- future chat;
- future profile content.
7. Child Safety
Because many players are children, additional standards apply.
Players must never:
- request personal information from children;
- encourage children to communicate outside the Game;
- share inappropriate content;
- attempt grooming behaviour;
- exploit younger players.
The Company may immediately suspend accounts involved in behaviour that places children at risk.
8. Fair Play
Every player deserves an equal opportunity to succeed.
Players must not:
- cheat;
- exploit bugs;
- use bots;
- automate gameplay;
- manipulate rankings;
- exploit duplicate rewards;
- use modified game clients.
Fair competition helps maintain an enjoyable experience for everyone.
9. Respect the Learning Experience
Math Hero Chronicles is designed to encourage mathematical learning.
Players should not intentionally:
- disrupt educational content;
- encourage cheating in mathematics;
- abuse progression systems;
- exploit learning mechanics.
We encourage players to enjoy both the game and the learning journey.
10. Guild Conduct
Guild leaders are encouraged to:
- welcome new members;
- resolve disputes respectfully;
- maintain appropriate guild names;
- create a positive environment.
Guild members should respect their leaders and fellow members.
The Company may moderate Guild content where necessary.
11. Leaderboard Integrity
Leaderboard competition should always reflect genuine gameplay.
Players must not:
- intentionally manipulate rankings;
- create multiple accounts for unfair advantages;
- exploit bugs to gain rankings;
- collude with other players.
The Company may remove fraudulent leaderboard entries.
12. Reporting Problems
Players are encouraged to report:
- bugs;
- cheating;
- offensive content;
- inappropriate guild names;
- harassment;
- technical issues.
Reports should be made honestly and in good faith.
False reports submitted maliciously may themselves violate these Guidelines.
13. Protect Your Account
Players should:
- keep passwords confidential;
- use secure login methods;
- avoid sharing accounts;
- protect their devices.
The Company will never ask for your password.
14. Respect Intellectual Property
Players must respect the intellectual property of:
- Home Based Learning Private Limited;
- other players;
- third parties.
Do not upload or create content that infringes another person's copyright or trademark.
15. Fan Content
We love seeing our community create:
- fan art;
- gameplay videos;
- livestreams;
- educational guides;
- tutorials;
- reviews.
Please ensure your creations:
- are respectful;
- do not claim to be official;
- do not infringe third-party rights;
- comply with applicable laws.
Commercial use of our intellectual property requires our prior written permission.
16. Consequences of Violations
Depending on the seriousness of a violation, the Company may:
- remove inappropriate content;
- rename accounts;
- rename guilds;
- remove leaderboard entries;
- suspend accounts;
- permanently terminate accounts;
- revoke event rewards;
- restrict access to community features.
The appropriate action will be determined at the Company's reasonable discretion.
17. Appeals
If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, you may contact:

Submitting an appeal does not guarantee that a decision will be changed.
